What are subscription types?

Currently we have one subscription type which is Content.

In the future, we may include other subscription types as well.

What is included in a Content subscription type?

A content subscription includes online access to exclusive digital content resources such as :

  • Articles
  • Audio
  • Video

As we produce new digital content, you will have access to the latest release material during your subscription term.

What is a Premium subscription?

In addition to the exclusive content, a premium subscription provides additional associated resources such as attachments, usually in ZIP file format.

What does Recurring mean?

We have recurring and non-recurring subscriptions.

A recurring subscription, means we will invoice you and transact every bill cycle at the same total invoice amount as when you ordered so long as you do not cancel and continue to pay before the due date of each invoice.

Invoices and transactions cease when a subscription expires for a non-recurring subscription.

Can I share my subscription?

No. Each subscription is a single person user license issued to the original subscriber only.

By all means spread the word, but not your account or the content.

What are my payment options?

We accept:

  • MasterCard
  • PayPal

For higher valued subscription fees, which are automatically detected when ordering, we also offer:

  • Bank Direct Deposit
  • Bank Cheques

After ordering, when can I access the content?

You will have immediate access to content if you electronically pay in full upon ordering your subscription. For instance, if you choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal you will get instant access.

However, if you choose a manual payment such as bank direct deposit or bank cheque, you will need to wait until the funds are deposited and cleared before you can access the content.

What are the system requirements?

You will need a web browser such as:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox version 40 or later
  • Google Chrome version 45 or later
  • Opera version 31 or later

For multimedia content such as video and audio, you will need Microsoft Silverlight v5 or later.

What are the minimum Internet bandwidth requirements for accessing content?

  • For reading articles, you can use just about any Internet bandwidth speed.
  • For listening to audio, you will need a minimum of 512 kbps dedicated bandwidth.
  • For watching video, you will need a minimum of 1.5 Mbps dedicated bandwidth.

Remember, if you are sharing your Internet connection through a modem, router, or firewall with others, then you will be reducing your total available bandwidth.

My computer has the system requirements but I still cannot access content. Why?

Your machine or network may have an 'aggressive' firewall or anti-virus program blocking access. So, check the settings and adjust accordingly.

Also, we suggest you try adding our web site to your list of trusted web sites.

Where are the Subscription Terms and Conditions?

Before ordering your subscription, you will have access to the full subscription terms and conditions.

You will need to read and agree to the terms and conditions before placing an order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
